This year at Amazon unBoxed 2025—held November 11–12 in Nashville—our CRO, Chad Rogers, joined thousands of advertisers, agencies and strategic partners to witness what the advertising landscape is becoming. According to Amazon Ads, the event was about “a future—one where artificial intelligence doesn’t replace human creativity but amplifies it.”

From the opening keynote to partner showcases, Amazon laid out a clear roadmap: unified platforms, intelligent automation, full-funnel scale, and AI tools configured to empower human insight rather than supplant it. On Day One, Amazon introduced innovations including a unified Campaign Manager (bringing together Sponsored Ads and DSP), and AI-powered tools such as Creative Agent and Ads Agent. Creative Agent, in particular, demonstrated how AI can research a brand, its product pages and website, ideate storyboards and execute videos, images, voice-overs and audio in just a few hours.

On Day Two the focus sharpened: how AI and human creativity combine to democratize content creation, how the idea of “professional-grade creative for every brand” is no longer aspirational but executable.
